This is the only village in Britain that is solely inhabited by Magical people and creatures. The village is next to Hogwarts, and students from third year or above are allowed visits to Hogsmeade from time to time. It contains multiple shops and pubs.

This is Britain's only wizard-run farm and is closely regulated by the ministry. Crackers the dragon is by far the most famous beast here though there's plenty more to see.

Makar's parents decided to buy him a small place in a rather secluded area because reasons. It is the smallest home the Phoenix family has with 4 butlers and 4 maids. A small, private beach is nearby so that he can relax and listen to the sea.
